• Execute and support periodic access certification and attestation campaigns (Access Attestation), including monitoring, stakeholder follow-up, and managing required remediations. • Analyze access and identity data to identify: inactive or obsolete accounts; inappropriate access; permission anomalies; segregation-of-duties violations; absence of owners for accesses or groups. • Perform onboarding of new applications and groups into the Identity Governance (IGA) platform, in collaboration with application owners and certifiers. • Prepare and maintain process documentation, evidence, and controls related to access governance. • Support internal and external audits by providing required evidence and documentation. • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams, as well as application owners, to resolve access management issues. • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-based solutions. • Monitor KPIs, metrics, and reports related to Identity and Access Governance.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in: Identity and Access Management (IAM); Identity Governance and Administration (IGA); Information Security; Access Governance; and IT operations related to identity management.
- Experience with Identity Governance (IGA) platforms, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Experience with processes such as Access Review, Access Certification, and access recertification.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data using Excel.
- Experience identifying trends, inconsistencies, and risks related to access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automating analyses and report generation.
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticket and request management.
- Experience with audits and compliance processes related to access management.
- Knowledge of Splunk, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Experience with AI tools applied to process automation, document generation, report creation, and data analysis.
