Role Description Du bist die rechte Hand und der Sparringspartner für unser (Founder) Team. In dieser herausfordernden und abwechslungsreichen Position unterstützt Du proaktiv die Geschäftsführung und das Team bei strategischen Aufgabenstellungen sowie in allen Bereichen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts. - Du führst die verwaltungstechnische Projektkoordination und -kommunikation mit Projektpartnern durch. - Du hilfst bei der Steuerung und dem Controlling eines Förderprojektes und Unternehmens. - Du erstellst Zwischenberichte und die Budgetplanung. - Du verwaltest Partnerschaften auf operativer und strategischer Ebene. Qualifications - Du studierst aktuell im Bereich bspw. im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder sonstiges. - Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Administration und im Projektcontrolling. - Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bist dabei hochgradig ergebnisorientiert. - Du bist energetisch und suchst keine Position zum Verwalten, sondern möchtest selbst gestalten! - Durch die tägliche Anwendung bist du routiniert im Umgang mit Google Tools, Slack, Google Suite, etc. - Idealerweise hast du erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung, in der Beratung, Workation/Coworking, Community Building, Startup als GründerIn oder Venture Capital. The position is responsible for: - Leading donor development, fundraising strategy, strategic partnerships, sponsorship cultivation, and grant funding opportunities. - Overseeing the Foundation’s core Executive Director functions, including board support, governance coordination, grantmaking operations, financial oversight, compliance awareness, program execution, and stakeholder engagement. - Building relationships, cultivating donor confidence, and expanding funding opportunities.
