Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow design and development across our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has a strong development background, excellent analytical ability, and hands-on experience with ITSM ServiceNow modules including Now Assist. As an Service Now Developer, your work will directly contribute to the success and stability of our ServiceNow environment. In this role, you will: - Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements. - Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle. - Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices. - Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments. - Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery. - Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers. Qualifications - High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI. - 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities. - Must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Must be a U.S. person.
