Role Description We’re hiring a DevRel to own our public community and create unique, engaging content. - You help manage, support, and grow our public community - You create high quality, short-and-long form content (blog/video/whatever you are best at) - Help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock - Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons - Triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed Qualifications - Strong TypeScript (you can actually debug and advise) - Strong AI skills (prompting, agent workflows, debugging AI behavior) - Excellent written and verbal communication - High-energy, creative, community-first - Experience running/scaling an online community Requirements - We move with urgency: We ship fast, iterate, and correct mistakes quickly. - We strive for excellence: Doing things well is in our DNA. - We are hungry: We are willing to work hard and break through walls to achieve the outcomes we want. • Own the product development lifecycle for the Developer Experience roadmap, from ideation to launch • Analyze customer and user feedback to shape the direction of our interfaces, CLI, SDK, and developer integrations • Work closely with our open source community to understand user needs and pain points • Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and roadmap • Drive product strategy and prioritization based on user research and market analysis • Balance the needs of individual developers, enterprise customers, and our open source community

• Lead initiatives that improve developer workflows, design and deliver reliable CI/CD pipelines • Enforce testing best practices and explore AI-assisted development • Enable engineers to ship software faster and more reliably • Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt best practices and platform tools • Mentor peers and promote platform standards, helping engineers grow

• Lead the initiative to reduce developer onboarding time to <5 minutes. • Ensure operational and workflow support with copy-pasteable code snippets. • Write foundational guides for customers configuring tools like Snowflake and S3. • Ensure documentation is indexed for search and LLM queries.
