• Lead the initiative to reduce developer onboarding time to <5 minutes. • Ensure operational and workflow support with copy-pasteable code snippets. • Write foundational guides for customers configuring tools like Snowflake and S3. • Ensure documentation is indexed for search and LLM queries.

• Own and expand our SDKs and other OSS projects like AuthKit and our Next.js library • Create and maintain example apps for our users in a variety of language and framework combinations like Next.js and PHP • Build best-in-class developer tools to delight our users, like the WorkOS CLI • Speak with customers regularly to get feedback on the developer experience • Provide expert insight on developer experience decision making across the company • Structure work around customer impact first and help move the company forward • Help shape the DX roadmap to continue improve the experience and bring developer joy • Help recruit and assess future engineering team members • Help represent the team publicly through blog posts, public docs and developer tooling

• Work with our users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom • Understand and be an expert in WorkOS’s products and codebase, supporting technologies such as SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks • Provide technical advice to developers on best practices for integrating with our API • Act as a hard + soft skill mentor and escalation point to junior members of the team • Troubleshoot any issues that arise from the developer and diagnose any blockers • Engage customers for feedback to help shape product development • Work cross-functionally within the company

• Design and ship proof-of-concept integrations, reference implementations, and sample apps that demonstrate what's possible with Adaption's platform • Own the end-to-end developer documentation experience—from API references to conceptual guides—writing content that is clear, accurate, and genuinely delightful to read • Run rapid experiments to discover what resonates with developers: new content formats, onboarding flows, tooling improvements, and community initiatives • Identify friction in the developer journey and partner with product and engineering to remove it, whether that's improving SDKs, error messages, or first-run experiences • Create a steady stream of technical content - blog posts, video tutorials, live coding sessions, podcast appearances - that helps developers learn, build, and succeed with Adaption • Craft compelling onboarding sequences, quick-start guides, and interactive demos that reduce time-to-first-value for new developers • Track and report on developer community health metrics - activation, engagement, retention, NPS - and use data to continuously improve programs • Serve as the internal voice for developer needs, translating community feedback into concrete product requirements and influencing the roadmap • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure the developer perspective is represented in every major decision • Help establish the developer relations function from scratch—building playbooks, processes, and a culture of developer empathy across the company
