Role Description This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program management and marketing execution for Direct go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. The Marketing Program Manager operates as the central orchestrator across cross-functional teams, translating strategic direction into actionable marketing plans and ensuring high-quality, timely execution of campaigns across channels. The role sits at the center of our client's Devices marketing ecosystem, enabling alignment, operational excellence, and measurable impact against growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - GTM Strategy & Execution - Operationalize go-to-market strategies for our client's devices, including evergreen growth initiatives such as upgrade pathways and upsell or attach motions. - Develop and manage marketing calendars, messaging frameworks, and execution plans. - Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and campaign delivery across digital and direct-to-customer channels. - Program & Project Management - Lead end-to-end program management for multiple concurrent marketing initiatives. - Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, creative, and integrated marketing communications teams. - Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. - Establish and maintain operating rhythm including reviews of business (ROB), quarterly planning, and launch checkpoints. - Track and report on progress using dashboards, tools, and structured reporting mechanisms. - Stakeholder Alignment & Communication - Serve as the central point of coordination and accountability for GTM programs. - Drive transparent communication and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders. - Present plans, project updates, and results to internal teams. - Messaging & Creative Alignment - Review and provide feedback on messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables. - Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with customer-centric and benefit-led messaging strategies. - Partner with creative studios and IMC teams to enhance storytelling quality and campaign effectiveness. - Performance Measurement - Contribution to monthly business performance targets tied to marketing outcomes. - Timely delivery of projects and campaigns against defined milestones. - Quality and accuracy of work outputs. - Stakeholder feedback on collaboration, communication, and execution effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - PMP or PMI certification preferred. Requirements - Experience in cross-functional program or project management within marketing or go-to-market environments. - Experience supporting campaign execution, marketing operations, or product launch initiatives. - Program and project management including timeline, dependency, and risk management. - Marketing operations and campaign execution (planning, calendars, asset workflows). - Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional alignment. - Data tracking, reporting, and dashboard management using tools such as Excel or equivalent. - Messaging and creative evaluation to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Candidate Requirements - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and operational execution capabilities. - Proactive approach to identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high accountability. - Experience collaborating with agency partners or creative teams. - Familiarity with modern productivity tools, including AI-enabled platforms such as Copilot, to improve efficiency.
