Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in product management, with a track record of leading products across the full lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through validation and deployment support. - Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate diverse user, business, and operational requirements into a clear, cohesive product strategy. - Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with enterprise AI solutions, including GenAI applications, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered product development. - Practical experience with rapid AI prototyping, including GenAI platforms, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks, with the ability to guide solutions beyond strategy into execution. - Understanding of AI solution architectures such as RAG, conversational AI, and vector databases, as well as experience developing evaluation frameworks to assess model and platform performance. - Familiarity with human-centered design, data visualization, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Lucid, Claude Code, along with knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and ethical AI design.
