As a core member of the Datacenter GPU product management team, you will: - Define, champion, and evangelize market-leading Instinct hardware solutions. - Partner with architects, silicon and systems engineers, program and operations leaders, sales, and external OEM/cloud partners. - Deliver integrated GPU, networking, CPU, and rack/pod-level products. - Develop and iterate on the product value proposition at the datacenter design level. - Translate workload and system requirements into compelling performance, power, TCO, and pod-level targets. Qualifications - 6+ years in hardware product management or equivalent cross-functional leadership role delivering complex semiconductor or datacenter systems (ASICs, GPUs, NPUs, FPGAs, or system boards). - Prior experience at a GPU or datacenter accelerator vendor or at major OEMs/hyperscalers in hardware product roles. - Deep market and customer knowledge for datacenter AI infrastructure: hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs/ODMs, HPC centers, and large enterprise customers. - Direct ownership of hardware PRDs and hands-on experience driving phase-gates from concept to EOL. - Proven experience creating and maintaining hardware-focused business cases (price-performance, TCO, BOM/cost models). - Demonstrated cross-functional stakeholder management. - Experience enabling field teams: producing sales collateral, training, technical checklists, and customer-ready integration guides. - Familiarity with datacenter workload characteristics and how they translate to hardware value propositions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership roles. - 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale, complex product ecosystems. - Experience as a Product Manager supporting Data Science, Software applications, and/or AI projects. - Experience in product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern product practices. - Experience translating business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. - Experience supporting distributed systems, data platforms, and modern application architectures. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on Data Science, AI/ML, or Generative AI products. - Experience in US Healthcare Payer domain, particularly: - Claims lifecycle. - Payment Integrity / Cost containment. - Risk adjustment or provider analytics. - Experience working in highly regulated environments. Requirements - Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. - The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. - We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
