Pricing & Profitability Management • Oversee pricing strategy for TM products, ensuring alignment with enterprise profitability goals. Work with internal business partners to drive competitive pricing for all TM services and customers. • Lead governance for pricing models, discounting frameworks, and exception management process. • Partner with Finance and internal lines of business to manage deposit ECR strategy/rates and participate in driving balance growth/stability. • Develop analytics and dashboards to track product profitability, client behavior, and pricing effectiveness. Product Development & Lifecycle Management • Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for technology and operations partners. • Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards. • Maintain strong operational controls and support continuous improvement of processes and systems. Client Experience & Market Positioning • Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Advisory teams to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements. • Develop value propositions, competitive positioning, pricing sensitivities, and go‑to‑market strategies for TM solutions. • Support strategic client engagements, including pricing negotiations, RFP responses, and complex deal structuring. Cross‑Functional Leadership • Partner with Technology, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions. • Serve as the primary business owner for TM pricing/profitability engines and account analysis systems. • Work with internal parties including Sales, Finance, and Accounting to deliver pricing tools for TM services. • Represent the TM product portfolio in executive forums and enterprise pricing councils. Performance Management & Analytics • Track product performance, client adoption, operational metrics, and financial outcomes. • Use data to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved client experience. • Prepare executive‑level reporting and business cases for investment decisions. Qualifications Required - 10+ years of experience in Treasury Management, commercial deposits, pricing strategy, or financial services product management. - Deep understanding of liquidity management, deposit economics, ECR, and account analysis. - Proven leadership experience managing product teams and complex portfolios. - Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation abilities. Preferred - Banking / investments / insurance domain is highly preferred. - Experience with digital liquidity tools, forecasting platforms, or pricing engines. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting deposits and Treasury Management. - MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field. • Draft and own the Business-to-Business (B2B) strategy across B2B Prefills, transport packaging, closed loop, semi-closed and open-loop models, while working closely with state-level teams to tailor solutions to requirements in each state. • Map the landscape and develop the strategy to boost conversion to reuse/refill for B2B packaging categories including industrial/commercial channels (e.g. retailers, food service, hotels,etc.,) and supply chains/routes (e.g., between producer and retailer, between retailer distribution center and retail locations, etc.,), to meet state-level extended producer responsibility (EPR) laws and regulations – while assessing opportunities for synergies and harmonization across states. • Reach out to industry associations or other convenors, build and launch Request for Information and Request for Proposals, identify promising pilots that may expand and scale, or other approaches to convene industry/producer alliances in target B2B areas. • Collaborate and drive towards standardized reusable packaging formats that integrate with the CAA investment strategy. This individual will first focus on California with an eye toward harmonization with other EPR states, where appropriate. • Act as project leader for successful B2B proposals/projects, developing the framework for ongoing engagement and executing a multi-year process to develop reusable packaging solutions across different product types. • Develop and launch a Reuse/Refill Innovation Fund to solicit ideas from the Producer Community.
