The Job: OMG23 | Disney Account | Media Strategy OMG23 is seeking a Director of Media Strategy to lead integrated campaign strategy and execution across Disney's offline and online media. In this role, you'll own the development of cross-channel strategies, guide a team, and serve as a trusted advisor to Disney by ensuring media investments are both strategic and effective.   A successful Director is both a strategic thinker and a people leader--able to translate high level business goals into smart media plans while mentoring and growing a talented team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.    What You’ll Do: - Lead the development of integrated media strategies across TV, digital, social, search, outdoor, multicultural, and local/national activation - Partner with leadership to align campaign strategy with business goals and market insights - Act as client contact, providing strategic oversight, clear recommendations, and problem solving support - Collaborate on upfronts, research reports, and competitive analyses with internal teams - Lead presentations and communicate strategies effectively across all media types  - Guide team on planning, execution, and analysis across multiple campaigns   - Oversee budgets, investments and overall execution of media campaign performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency - Build and maintain strong, relationships with clients, vendors and media partners - Mentor and develop team members, support career growth and creating a collaborative culture  You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience - 10+ years media experience; Entertainment account experience required; automotive account experience a plus - Strong background in traditional and digital media planning - Proven ability to manage large-scale, integrated campaigns and cross-functional teams  - Leadership presence: mature, polished, and inspiring to teams and clients alike   - Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment  - Proficiency with media planning tools including Excel, Nielsen, R/F Reports, IMS Suite, Kantar, MRI, and Simmons  - You’re a clear and confident communicator—equally strong in writing, presenting, and leading conversations with clients and teammates. - You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, using critical thinking to find smart solutions. - You’re comfortable coaching teammates and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture. - You bring strong presentation skills and know how to engage an audience with a compelling story. Compensation Range $130,000 - $160,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
