• Assists with developing, monitoring, and maintaining interface connections and data transformations across healthcare systems and applications • Participates in system analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and integration activities utilizing knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical workflows • Provides technical support during and after implementation activities while developing foundational integration engineering skills • Assists with the design, development, maintenance, and support of integration engine technologies, HL7 interfaces, Epic Bridges interfaces, FHIR APIs, and related integrations • Participates in interface lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities • Performs basic troubleshooting of interfaces, applications, servers, and integration technologies utilizing logs, debugging tools, and established procedures • Participates in interface design, unit testing, integration testing, and implementation activities with guidance from senior team members • Develops working knowledge of assigned applications, integration technologies, development tools, and support processes • Assists with issue resolution, documentation, change management activities, and project assignments under supervision • Assists with analysis of client business needs and identification of opportunities to improve interface functionality and operational efficiency • Supports compliance with HIPAA requirements and accurate transmission of protected health information between systems • Participates in 24x7 on-call rotation with supervision

• Lead solution design conversations directly with clients and prospects, owning the solution narrative in sales meetings. • Blueprint detailed solutions encompassing data, analytics, automation, agentic workflows, and process transformation across BPM, Consulting, Audit, Compliance, Tech Services, and AI/Agentic capabilities. • Conduct detailed needs assessments and lead consultative client discussions across carrier, MGA, and broker segments. • Collaborate with OpEx and Finance to model and price deals, directly owning the solution assumptions that feed the pricing model. • Participate in the pricing approval gate before terms are issued to flag over-commitment or margin risk early. • Work directly with the AI Factory and AI Strategists to translate emerging AI capabilities into deployable, client-ready solution designs. • Document repeatable solution patterns and contribute to packaged offering development for each practice vertical. • Train Commercial Leaders and Client Executives on solution design fundamentals and new offering capabilities. • Participate in New Business Meetings to provide early-stage solution input before deals are formally shaped. • Standardize and streamline assessment and proposal workflows across the GTM team.

• Partnering with account executives on pre-sales efforts, owning the technical aspects of the pipeline. • Leading introduction calls, technical sales presentations, product demos, RFP/RFI responses, and architecture workshops. • Assessing customer application compatibility with Game Warden (2F’s Platform-as-a-Service). • Developing in-depth technical knowledge of 2F products and serving as an SME internally and externally. • Tracking customer feedback and collaborating with product teams to align roadmaps with demand signals. • Creating technical marketing content (blogs, posts, etc.) to drive business development. • Engaging in customer conversations on cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and compliance topics.

• Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share • Guide customers through login, configuration, and product functionality • Configure accounts, call flows, and devices with accuracy and attention to detail • Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting • Test configurations to ensure successful implementation • Deliver customer training on features and product usage • Meet daily productivity and performance metrics (appointments, call handling, completion rates) • Handle both inbound onboarding calls and scheduled appointments • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams such as Sales, Product Support, CRM, and other internal groups to improve the overall customer experience • Demonstrate interest in AI tools and automation in customer support/onboarding workflows • Collaborate with AI-driven onboarding systems by handling escalations or edge cases AI cannot resolve • Contribute insights to improve AI onboarding agents based on real customer scenarios • Adapt to a future-state environment where onboarding is increasingly AI-assisted and backend-focused
