Consultor(a) TOTVS RM – PL/SR
SEIDOR
• Atuar no suporte e sustentação dos módulos TOTVS RM – Gestão de Pessoas, garantindo continuidade dos processos de RH • Analisar incidentes, executar correções e apoiar melhorias evolutivas da solução • Atender usuários e apoiar demandas relacionadas aos processos trabalhistas e rotinas de RH • Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas de RH, TI e fornecedores, garantindo alinhamento e resolução das demandas • Acompanhar estabilidade da operação, conformidade sistêmica e aderência às regras trabalhistas.
Job Requirements
- Experiência com suporte funcional e técnico nos módulos: TOTVS Gestão de Pessoas, Portal Meu RH, RM Portal, RM Chronus, RM Labore
- Atendimento de chamados, análise de incidentes e proposição de soluções
- Experiência com parametrização e manutenção de: Regras de ponto, Jornadas, Eventos de folha, Cálculos e processos de RH
- Apoio em fechamento de ponto e folha de pagamento
- Realização de testes, validações e acompanhamento de correções e atualizações do sistema
- Experiência com integrações entre sistemas terceiros
- Elaboração e manutenção de documentação funcional e técnica
- Atuação preventiva na identificação de melhorias e mitigação de riscos
- Interação com áreas internas, consultorias e suporte TOTVS para resolução de demandas.
