Senior Sales Ops Analyst

NEOGOV

Role Description NEOGOV is seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations (Data) Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and play a critical role in supporting the success of our Sales and Marketing organizations. This individual will own high-impact analytics initiatives, deliver accurate and timely business insights, and help shape the future of reporting, automation, and data strategy across the revenue organization. This role will be responsible for: - Day-to-day analysis and reporting - Driving long-term planning around reporting automation - Improving data quality and decision-making - Mentoring junior analysts - Helping NEOGOV become a market leader in modern, AI-enabled RevOps reporting The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, systems-minded, and comfortable working across large datasets, business stakeholders, and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and GTM systems. Qualifications - Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field - Preferred Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Analytics, Finance, or related field) - 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth sales organization - Strong experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams through reporting, KPI development, forecasting, and operational analysis - Advanced experience with Tableau, Excel, Salesforce reporting, and related analytics tools - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, data processing, API integrations, reporting workflows) - Demonstrated ability to improve reporting processes through automation and systems thinking - Familiarity with evaluating or implementing AI tools, reporting automation solutions, or modern analytics workflows is strongly preferred - Experience mentoring junior team members or serving as a lead analyst is highly desirable - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data concepts in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner Requirements - Work in NEOGOV’s El Segundo, CA (Los Angeles) office - Ability to keep up with continuous learning through self-education and evolving technology - Strong ability to organize work, time, and thought processes in a fast-paced environment Benefits - Comprehensive Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for full-time employees effective Day 1 - Generous PTO to support work-life balance - 401K Matching - 12-week Paid Parental Leave - Autonomy to grow and find your career path with supportive leadership - Inclusive and diverse work environment Why This Role Matters This role is critical to helping NEOGOV scale its revenue organization with stronger analytics, better reporting, and more modern decision support. Role Description The DevOps Engineer will assist in building, deploying, and supporting Etiometry’s software platform. The platform includes applications that perform real-time acquisition and novel visualization of patient physiologic data, and clinical databases that support impactful retrospective analysis. Our ideal candidate will want to learn and expand their technical knowledge by working with our customers and internal technical resources. - Improve internal processes through automation and tooling, including build, test, and deployment procedures. - Manage the deployment and configuration of Etiometry’s platform into hospital environments. - Interface with hospital IT staff to determine site-specific platform configurations. - Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues. - Coordinate with the company R&D staff to escalate application issues. - Administrative responsibilities associated with managing a software-based medical device. - Producing, modifying, testing, and documenting production-ready code and internal support applications. Telecommuting permitted. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Requirements - Proficient with RHEL Linux based systems, with a strong emphasis on command line tools. - Working understanding of web-based applications and SQL database configuration and use. - Knowledge of infrastructure and application security. - Knowledge of build and automation tools such as Maven and Jenkins. - Demonstrated success in executing plans and procedures for software deployment and support. - Able to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and technical staff. - Familiarity with testing, refactoring, and debugging software.
