Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Role Description - Fulfill onboarding-related DevOps and operational requests for new customers. - Provision environments, pipelines, repositories, and cloud resources. - Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, permissions, and workflows. - Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and dependency issues. - Support artifact management, registries, and package integrations. - Provide operational support across Azure and AWS environments. - Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC tools. - Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis. - Develop automation, templates, runbooks, and documentation. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering. - Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS in production environments. - Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub. - Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and build agents on Windows and Linux. - Solid Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. - Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably Terraform. - Ability to work in ticket-based, ad-hoc environments with competing priorities. - Experience using AI tools to improve or automate DevOps workflows. Requirements - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and observability tools. - Familiarity with security best practices, SaaS environments, and onboarding-focused teams.
