Retail Operations, Purchasing Associate
Specialized Bicycle Components
• Maintain accurate POS data across systems (Lightspeed, Oracle) through SKU setup, pricing updates, and product master management. • Support PO creation, order processing, vendor onboarding, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and strong vendor relationships. • Manage inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments across locations; partner with Finance and stores to resolve discrepancies; coordinate inbound timing and reduce aged/NIL inventory. • Develop and maintain SOPs and SLAs to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce costs across store operations. • Deliver reporting, KPI tracking, and insights across operations, including compliance, shrink, payroll, performance, and product analytics; support recurring sales and inventory reporting. • Support location-level assortment planning aligned with national strategy; review range plans and adjust based on performance trends. • Assist in SKU-level forecasting using historical data, inventory, and market inputs; monitor trends and collaborate cross-functionally to refine forecasts. • Support new product allocations and transitions to meet revenue goals in alignment with category, planning, and sales teams. • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support inventory performance and operational objectives. • Contribute to process improvements, KPI development, and system enhancements; support pilots and cross-functional initiatives. • Travel to retail locations to support operations and ownership transitions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience with retail systems such as Lightspeed, Oracle, or similar POS, ERP, or inventory platforms.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and manage high ‑ volume SKU and pricing updates.
- Working knowledge of retail operational workflows, including receiving, cash handling, shrink management, payroll controls, and store compliance.
- Ability to create and maintain SOPs and process documentation, with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.
- Problem ‑ solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues, inventory discrepancies, and process gaps.
- Ability to work independently and within small, resource ‑ constrained teams, managing multiple priorities in a fast ‑ paced environment.

Role Description The Sourcing Analyst II role for Supply Chain will support the Global Supply Chain Procurement team’s annual goals and objectives for evaluating, initiating, and developing world class supply programs. Primary support is provided through data analytics, metrics tracking, action items management, contract management, freight audit, and invoice processing. The role reports into the Global Supply Chain Procurement Manager and is one of four analyst roles across Indirect Procurement. The position will be virtual within the continental US and may be required to attend meetings during non-office hours as needed to support our international operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, committed to providing outstanding performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. - ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE: Prepare monthly progress reports related to savings, compliance, and operating metrics. Monitor shipping compliance for proper use of: - Shipping accounts - Service level - Routing guides - Expedites Respond to various supplier/spend inquiries from managers and business stakeholders including cost modeling to identify savings opportunities and recommend improvements for efficiency and sustainability. - STRATEGIC SOURCING: Prepare RFI/RFP documents as required; facilitate participant submission and analyze results; calculate and prepare monthly sourcing savings results. - SUPPLY PERFORMANCE: Collect supplier performance data and draft quarterly and annual business review materials for key suppliers; manage action item follow ups from meetings. - CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Maintain contract management data for all supply chain suppliers; update carrier rate cards quarterly to ensure competitive rates and carrier mix. - PROCUREMENT STANDARDS: Manage freight invoicing and payment audit program, complete new carrier setups, complete lane changes, issue purchase orders, follow up on invoice discrepancies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, economics, business administration, or similar required. - 3 or more years of procurement, supply chain or financial planning experience required, as well as experience with distribution, international parcel and air freight, FTL, LTL and supply chain logistics.

Role Description The Hardscapes Inventory Coordinator helps synchronize stocking strategies across North America in conjunction with field sales leaders and our suppliers. Establishing stocking strategies is part of defining SiteOne’s hardscapes in-stock program.
