• Develop software in .NET/C# and JavaScript/HTML5/CSS. • Join the Company’s Professional Services Department (PSD) Development Team. • Work closely with other team members on supporting and enhancing the Company’s projects utilizing the latest Company technologies and tools on the Microsoft platform. • Involved in all aspects of Software Development Lifecycle.

• Develop and execute monthly & quarterly marketing plans • Plan campaigns for new property launches & sales phases • Define target audiences (FHBs, Investors, Downsizers) • Monitor competitors & market positioning • Manage marketing budgets • Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) • Manage Google Ads (Search / Display) • Run retargeting campaigns • Conduct A/B testing (creatives & copy) • Monitor CPL, CTR, and conversions • Improve campaign ROI • Manage HubSpot CRM (pipelines, tagging, automation, scoring) • Manage Mailchimp/email campaigns • Optimise landing pages & lead capture flows • Maintain database quality • Plan and schedule social media content • Coordinate marketing assets (renders, brochures, ads creatives, emails) • Ensure brand consistency • Collaborate with designers/video editors when required • Edit/update marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator • Create simple graphics (social posts, ads creatives, flyers, icons) • Manage launch of new the company's Developments website • Coordinate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists • Ensure marketing alignment & conversion optimisation • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports • Track leads, CPL, traffic, conversions • Provide improvement recommendations • Identify & resolve performance gaps

• Guide technical vision for multiple projects • Contribute to key platform, IaC, or framework components • Perform code reviews and configure solutions for high complexity Agile stories across multiple domains or platform areas • Create conceptual design/architecture diagrams • Align multiple engineers on a vision and execute effectively • Regular interactions with technical leads to ensure proper strategy/execution • Inform technical leaders of any impediments or technical limitations encountered • Participate in hiring practices/interviews • Acts as the technical lead for project teams responsible for code and technical solution quality • Designs, codes, and delivers solutions to production for high-complexity Agile stories independently • Creates conceptual design/architecture for large scale software solutions in collaboration with architects • Provides guidance and mentoring to software engineers • Debugs and resolves high complexity software bugs or issues independently • Writes automated unit and integration-level tests • Follows development standards and effectively demonstrates technical solutions in code reviews • Perform other related duties and activities as required.
