This is a remote role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Software Project Manager you will be responsible for: - Manage cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects with a diverse group of subject matter experts from project initiation to closure. - Manage project stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items using meetings, meeting minutes, scheduling, and forecasting software and other essential project management tools. - Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects. - Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of installation forecast. - Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries to ensure timely and effective installation of equipment. - Review purchase order transmittals noting any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function. - Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to active directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network requirements, workstation layout, and server requirements. - Active support of customers for implementation of pre-defined concepts. - Routinely works with high-visibility customers and projects. - Manage multiple projects concurrently and identifies & mitigates project risks. Qualifications - Must be analytical, detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated team-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. - Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and team oriented. - Must have strong customer service acumen. - Excellent conflict management skills required, able to manage escalations. - Willing to learn and grow with passion, energy, and drive that can bring creative ideas, critical thinking, and a strong appetite for project execution. - Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving. - Must have a general knowledge of network design, software controls systems, and server management. - Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. - Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is required to manage competing interests. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of related experience or master’s degree with 1 year of related experience. - Willing to travel ~5-10% to visit customers, training or in-person meetings. Requirements - Knowledge of the use and deployment of software in a healthcare environment, especially as applied to cancer care. - PMP certification. - This position is remote. - Candidate must reside within the territory: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont. • Independently lead and drive elluminate® implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle by consistently using PMI-compliant and eCS-required methodologies, standards and best practices • Successfully manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring that proper documentation is developed and maintained, that project risks are mitigated with a collaborative team approach and that client satisfaction remains at the forefront of all efforts • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver seamless elluminate integration, rapid system adoption and end-user utilization, and the highest quality of professional services to our client • Other duties as assigned
• Represent Clay in enterprise client calls covering deployment, integrations, performance, security, compliance, and infrastructure topics; • Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and Clay's development team; • Prepare client-facing technical documentation, including implementation approaches, platform recommendations, technical requirements, and integration overviews; • Review technical documentation before client delivery and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information; • Respond to client questions regarding security, analytics, integrations, hosting, and platform capabilities; • Evaluate and document technology platform recommendations, including CMS selection and migration considerations; • Support discussions around SSO, identity management, hosting infrastructure, and deployment planning; • Facilitate release planning discussions and coordinate between client stakeholders and Clay's development team; • Conduct post-launch reviews and prepare supporting reports and documentation; • Support analytics, privacy, and localization initiatives by coordinating requirements, validating implementations, and gathering information needed for client and internal teams.
• Own the delivery of AWS, cloud transformation, AI/ML, and application modernization projects. • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. • Facilitate project ceremonies, planning sessions, status reviews, and steering meetings. • Drive proactive risk identification and resolution. • Monitor project health and implement recovery plans when necessary. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Coordinate cross-functional and distributed delivery teams. • Support AWS-funded initiatives, including MAP migration projects where applicable.
