• User Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis, user interviews, and surveys to understand target audiences and define user pain points. • Information Architecture: Map out user journeys, sitemaps, and process flows to ensure the product's structure is logical and intuitive. • Wireframing & Prototyping: Build low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity, clickable prototypes to demonstrate app or website functionality. • Visual Design: Design aesthetic user interfaces—including colors, typography, icons, and widgets—while adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. • Usability Testing: Plan and execute testing sessions to see how real users interact with designs, then iterate based on feedback and analytics. • Developer Handoff: Translate designs into detailed specifications and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery to solution implementation. • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business goals. • Conduct user research, interviews, and validations to inform product and design decisions. • Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces. • Play an active role in defining product strategy, contributing systemic thinking and a strong focus on user experience. • Create high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with attention to detail. • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions. • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and ensure consistency of experience across products and features. • Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews. • Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers with day-to-day challenges.

• Lead design strategy and execution across a broad set of interconnected product experiences • Define and communicate a compelling design vision for a large, integrated product portfolio • Translate company and product strategy into experience principles, customer journeys, design priorities and measurable outcomes • Identify opportunities to unify fragmented workflows into cohesive, AI-powered experiences that help customers move faster and get better results • Represent the customer, the end-to-end experience and the quality bar in executive-level product and business discussions • Own the evolution of HighLevel's bespoke design system as a practical product accelerator, not just a library of components • Partner with design system, product design and engineering leaders to mature shared patterns, component quality, interaction standards and contribution models • Work horizontally across many product teams and functions to turn a new design system into a shared way of building, aligning designers, PMs, engineers and go-to-market partners around consistent experience standards • Drive adoption across product teams by making the system easier to use, easier to contribute to and clearly tied to product quality and execution speed • Build a culture where speed and quality reinforce each other instead of competing with each other
