Role Description The Healthcare Services Representative will be responsible for: - Scheduling appointments in a prompt and courteous manner utilizing a PC - Confirming appointments and handling cancellations in a timely, efficient and courteous manner - Problem solving for patients utilizing identified resources - Providing comprehensive service to facilitate a resolution for any caller request - Acquiring and maintaining computer skills to effectively utilize applicable software You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
