Job Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 4+ years of litigation experience within a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department
- Strong preference for prior in-house experience at a technology company
- Highly proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and complex litigation portfolios
- Broad experience handling legal risk and navigating complex regulatory compliance and data privacy frameworks
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Role Description EXUS is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Compliance and Risk Management function as an in-house legal advisor.
