Account Executive, Property Management
Proof
• Create and execute a 30-60-90 day sales plan • Identify qualified prospects and quickly create relationships • Utilize a sales process and understand how to maintain deal velocity • Embrace technologies that enhance your process and extend your selling influence • Become an expert on our products, our market and industry trends • Leverage social media, professional networks, regional and national events to identify and win new customers • Grow accounts from initial contact to full enterprise adoption, including managing and expanding a baseline book of business through upsell and expansion motions. • Travel to client locations, events and trade shows to prospect and win new business • Work with a team of SDRs and BDRs, placing team success above individual success • Present metrics-based rationale for changes to process, product or market approach • Provide leadership by exemplifying an enthusiasm and ability to cold-prospect, conduct initial calls, give demonstrations and update internal measurement systems • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams offering solutions that benefit the company and the team • Report progress-to-goal and define steps to reach your team’s goals throughout the month
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years’ proven track record of sales success in a quota-bearing role
- Property Management sales experience strongly preferred; experience selling to large, institutional-level property management companies is a strong plus.
- For internal candidates: Must have 1 year of Proof experience
- Results-driven, metrics-focused, strong sense of urgency
- Must demonstrate a strong adherence to a sales process (clear understanding of discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision making, objection handling and closing)
- Expertise using Customer Relationships Management (CRM) software (SalesForce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
- Exemplify the Four E’s of leadership
- 50-60% client and event travel
