Role Description The Outside Sales Representative's goal is to saturate our district and grow our customer base by providing top-quality service to our customers. Our client's products include Reverse Osmosis filtration, Iron filters, Water Softeners, and Whole Home filtration systems. The Sales Representatives will be selling high-end, household, commercial, and industrial water treatment systems to our new clients in the GTA region. - Customer management - Ownership over the lifecycle and account management of our customer accounts. - Build strong relationships, customer accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service. - Perform sale calls to new inbound customers within 1 hour of receiving the inbound call and 7 days after installs. - Prospecting for clients, networking, communication, and presentation skills. - Work with clients to determine the best solutions for their needs. - Job task planning and organizing to maintain your own appointment schedule. - Perform in-home demonstrations and maintain sales demo kit. - Perform water analysis and system design solutions (with ongoing training). - Arranging payments from customers. - Be positive and receptive towards ongoing training, coaching, and self-development. - Have a good vehicle and keep your vehicle in good condition, repairs, and maintenance.
