Digital Project Manager

GE HealthCare

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships with clinical and IT stakeholders • Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and hospital IT teams to configure and integrate solutions into existing clinical workflows • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while proactively tracking progress and addressing risks • Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, applications, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution • Support system installation, configuration, and validation, including integration with hospital systems and networks • Facilitate end-user readiness and adoption, including training and workflow alignment, to ensure successful product utilization • Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues, driving resolution in collaboration with internal teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or healthcare technology delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive execution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and technical teams
