• Definir a arquitetura dos agentes, considerando escalabilidade, modularidade, interoperabilidade e segurança. • Determinar a quantidade de subagentes necessários, com base nos objetivos funcionais e técnicos do projeto • Escolher padrões arquiteturais adequados (ex: microserviços, event-driven, serverless). • Definir sigla e módulos conforme a capacidade e alinhada ao BIAN. • Mapear os dados necessários para contexto do agente • Mapear a integração entre o agente e os sistemas, descrevendo as tools necessárias. • Definir estratégias de consumo e exposição de APIs, incluindo gateways • Definir mecanismos de controle de acesso, criptografia e monitoramento. • Levantar e validar requisitos técnicos (performance, disponibilidade, segurança, escalabilidade). • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em especificações técnicas para os times de desenvolvimento e ciência de dados. • Atuar como ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio, facilitando a comunicação e entendimento mútuo. • Apoiar outros membros do time (engenheiros, cientistas de dados, analistas) com boas práticas de arquitetura. • Avaliar impactos sistêmicos de mudanças nos fluxos. • Influenciar positivamente e promover a adoção de soluções arquiteturais sólidas.

Job Requirements

  • Forte experiência em Arquitetura , Conceitos de APIs, microsserviços, modularidade e mensageria, além de interpretação de diagramas de arquitetura.
  • Noções de segurança, versionamento e escalabilidade.
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de agentes/multiagentes de IA
  • Conhecimento de framework de agentes (ADK google, LangChain....)
  • Fundamentos de IA: tipos de agentes, pipelines de ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Contexto, Embeding .
  • Ciclo de vida de modelos: treinamento, validação, deploy, monitoramento.
  • Noções de plataformas de IA e processo de entrega dos agentes (desenvolvimento até produção).
  • Princípios de governança de agentes inteligentes: responsabilidade, rastreabilidade, transparência.
