Senior Technical Recruiter
General Medicine
• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, primarily for technical roles (engineering, product, data and analytics) and technical-adjacent roles (design, product marketing) • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on priorities, and set timelines • Build and run AI-enabled sourcing strategies to engage high volumes of qualified technical candidates • Manage pipelines in Ashby with accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and clear communication • Conduct screens to assess technical fit and motivation, and coordinate structured interview loops • Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency and follow-through • Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness) and improve process as volume grows
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting technical talent (engineering, product, or data)
- Strong proactive sourcing skills; comfort building pipelines rather than relying on inbound
- AI-native recruiter - hands-on experience with Juicebox.ai and a modern recruiting CRM is required
- Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting in the Bay Area and/or Boston strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple open roles while staying organized and responsive
- High self-discipline and accountability; effective in a low-structure, ambiguous environment
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
