E-Commerce Campaign Strategist

Role Description This position places you at the steering wheel of digital growth, directly translating our mission into captivating shop campaigns and product launches that resonate. By fusing platform intelligence with rapid commercial experimentation, you will directly shape the touchpoints customers have with EDURINO. - Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of all major shop campaigns, product launches, and seasonal peaks. - Design cohesive customer journeys by engineering offer mechanics, discount logic, and onsite promotional layouts. - Align cross-functional initiatives by coordinating closely with creative content, social media, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaign deployment. - Build, launch, and continuously optimize dedicated landing pages, digital assets, and onsite testing frameworks to systematically improve shop usability. - Analyze platform data on campaigns and launches to rapidly iterate on marketing formats and scale winning activation strategies. - Integrate generative AI workflows into daily operations to accelerate concept prototyping, asset variation, and data interpretation. - Act as the strategic bridge between our internal Marketing team and external IP partners to ensure flawless alignment during collaborations and collaborative launches. Qualifications - Demonstrated hands-on experience handling and scaling campaign strategies & product launches within an agile D2C and/or e-commerce environment. - Practical familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, including a clear understanding of what is achievable through specialized apps, automated flows, and tracking setups. - A strong foundation in key digital metrics like CR, AOV, and acquisition costs, with the ability to turn raw metrics into clear design or strategy changes. - Fluency in digital platforms, understanding the specific content styles, user psychology, and creator dynamics that make campaigns shareable. - Strong communication skills to coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders on projects and strategies effectively, with native-level German (C2) and business-fluent English (C1+).
