Job Requirements
- 10+ years Software Engineering experience with current industry tooling, including the use of AI-assisted tools like Copilot CLI to accelerate development, streamline workflows, and drive efficient code refactoring
- Good command of Product Org Backlog management with associated tooling and best practices (Rally / Jira)
- Deep technical skills: Hands-on coding and debugging knowledge in Java
- Modern Test Automation: Strong expertise in API and end-to-end testing utilizing the RestAssured Java framework and Playwright (including advanced implementations leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agents for intelligent automation)
- Behavior-Driven Development (BDD): Proficient in using Cucumber to deliver highly readable and executable acceptance testing
- GCP Expertise: Cloud Build and Cloud Run, Secret Manager, Pub/Sub, Schedulers
- Code Quality & Security Tools: Fossa, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Cycode, 42Crunch
- Strong team leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and support engineering best practices
- Proactive risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks early in the software development lifecycle
- Delivery focus: Consistent track record of meeting sprint goals and delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested code
- Positive team attitude: Collaboration, knowledge sharing, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a large, diverse team environment

Role Description We are hiring a Tech Lead for data and insights products to bring hands-on technical leadership to a product with major business potential and growing demand across Elevate.
