Role Description We are seeking a Head of In Silico Drug Toxicity to own, define, and scale our computational toxicology platform end-to-end. This role operates as the general manager of the platform — effectively a CEO of the product — with full ownership across scientific vision, technical architecture, product strategy, and execution. - Work cross-functionally with ML/AI teams, computational biologists, toxicologists, engineers, and commercial teams to build a category-defining platform for predictive toxicology. - Requires both deep technical leadership and executive-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate cutting-edge science into scalable, enterprise-ready systems. Qualifications - 15+ years in computational biology, toxicology, drug discovery, or related domain. - Proven experience designing and deploying computational models for toxicity or biological systems. - Demonstrated ability to develop novel modeling approaches beyond industry-standard methods. - Deep hands-on experience designing and deploying computational toxicology models across mechanistic, statistical, and machine learning paradigms. - Expertise in integrating ML/AI, systems biology, PK/PD modeling, and real-world data into cohesive predictive systems. - Strong understanding of preclinical safety workflows. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, ICH). - Experience working with complex and proprietary pharma datasets. - Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Regional Tech Advisory Leader
ThoughtworksThoughtworks is a dynamic and inclusive community of bright and supportive colleagues who are revolutionizing tech. As a leading technology consultancy, we’re pushing boundaries through our purposeful and impactful work. Over 30 years of delivering extraordinary impact with clients. Helping clients solve complex business problems with technology as the differentiator.
Role Description The Regional Tech Advisory Leader is responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Tech Advisory business in-region—translating global strategy into client impact, team performance, and commercial results. This role operates at the intersection of: - Market (clients and growth) - Talent (building and developing high-performing advisors) - Execution (ensuring consistent delivery of outcomes) You are accountable for establishing Tech Advisory as a credible, differentiated capability in your region, working directly with senior clients while building a repeatable, scalable advisory model. Responsibilities - Build and Scale the Regional Business: Establish a clear regional focus aligned to global priorities (industries, wedges, lighthouse clients). Deliver against sales, revenue, URVE, CGM, reach and impact targets. Build a balanced portfolio of lighthouse engagements and scalable opportunities. Ensure Tech Advisory is positioned as a front-door capability, not a support function. - Lead in the Market (Client + Ecosystem): Personally engage with C-suite clients to shape high-value opportunities. Open doors and build executive-level relationships. Represent the firm in market-facing forums (clients, partners, events). Ensure consistent, differentiated advisor posture across the region. - Translate Strategy into Action (90-Day Focus): Convert global ambition into clear regional priorities and trade-offs. Define and drive top 2–3 priorities per quarter (e.g., wedge traction, lighthouse wins). Decide what to stop doing to maintain focus. Ensure alignment across GTM, offerings, and delivery teams. - Build and Develop the Team: Recruit and develop Client Leaders, Engagement Architects, and AI Facilitators. Coach team members—especially transitioning CTOs/operators into trusted advisors. Establish a high-performance culture grounded in outcomes, not activity. Ensure the team operates effectively in an AI-native delivery model. - Drive Execution Excellence: Maintain visibility into key engagements and delivery quality. Ensure lighthouse clients produce credible, referenceable outcomes. Identify and scale repeatable patterns, assets, and playbooks. Intervene early when engagements drift or stall. - Shape Offerings and GTM: Refine and evolve wedge offerings based on client signal. Ensure tight feedback loop: Client conversations → insight → refined POV → scaled positioning. Partner with global and regional leaders to improve market messaging and sales motion. - Operate as an AI-Native Leader: Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the team. Ensure advisors use AI to accelerate insight, improve quality, and increase leverage. Support development of reusable assets and agent-driven delivery patterns. Qualifications - 15–20+ years in consulting, technology leadership, or transformation roles. - Proven track record of building or leading a practice, business unit, or region. - Selling and delivering complex, high-value engagements. - Experience engaging with C-suite clients in high-stakes environments. Professional Skills - Market Leadership: Can open doors, shape opportunities, and close complex engagements. Strong executive presence and credibility. - Business Builder: Understands how to build a practice—not just deliver projects. Balances short-term results with long-term capability building. - Talent Developer: Able to coach and elevate senior talent. Comfortable transitioning operators into advisors. - Strategic + Execution Balance: Connects strategy to delivery reality. Ensures ideas translate into measurable outcomes. - Advisor Mindset: Frames problems as decisions and tradeoffs. Brings clear POVs grounded in value. - AI-Native Orientation: Embraces AI as a core part of how work is done. Drives adoption across teams. What Makes This Role Different You are building a business, not just managing a team. You are accountable for market impact, not just internal performance. You operate with high autonomy and high accountability. You lead through influence, clarity, and focus—not hierarchy. Key Metrics (Illustrative) - Impact: # of decisions influenced and acted upon. - Growth: Pipeline quality and conversion. - Lighthouse Success: Outcomes and referenceability. - Talent: Readiness progression and retention. - Leverage: Use of AI and repeatable assets.
