Executive Vice President, Managed Services

• Define and execute short- and long-term strategic, commercial, and financial objectives for Managed Services, ensuring alignment with Miratech’s overall growth strategy. • Build, lead, and scale Managed Services as a dedicated business area, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer value. • Own business performance, including recurring revenue growth, margin improvement, forecasting, financial planning, operational efficiency, and investment governance. • Develop and implement business plans, operating models, commercial frameworks, and investment priorities in partnership with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other functions. • Scale Managed Services by building repeatable managed services models, standardized processes, automation capabilities, and structured client management practices. • Define and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including commercial conversion, onboarding, service delivery, renewals, expansion, and customer success. • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated success owning or significantly influencing P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, investment decisions, and operational scaling.
  • Strong experience in IT services, managed services, cloud services, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a similar business model.
  • Experience developing and scaling commercial offerings, productized services, managed service frameworks, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, including enterprise sales, strategic account growth, renewals, customer success, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
