Job Description

Production Attorney

Zwicker & Associates, P.C.

• Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and firm management • Review and either sign/file or reject legal pleadings, papers, motions, defaults, garnishments, discovery, etc. in furtherance of active litigation files • Review litigation case files, dockets, and pleadings to determine appropriate action • Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory • Work efficiently and meet or exceed production expectations • Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures • Evaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and provide strategic legal recommendations • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Texas
  • Multiple state bar licenses and/or the willingness to obtain additional bar licenses as requested by the firm
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
  • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
  • Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
  • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
  • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
