Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing IT systems (web / database / applications)
- Strong, demonstrable front-end engineering experience with React and TypeScript (plus JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Solid grounding in modern web and multi-tier application development
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or an equivalent modelling / business-process analysis tool
- Working knowledge of a software development methodology (RUP, Agile / Scrum, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Comfort with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI an advantage)
- Good knowledge of English Language
- Nice to have:**
- Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks alongside React
- Experience working on data-intensive or knowledge-graph-backed applications
- Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-hosted application environments
- UI/UX design sensibility — wireframing, prototyping, accessibility (WCAG), responsive and mobile-first design
- Familiarity with semantic-web concepts (RDF, SPARQL, GraphDB or other triplestores) — enough to collaborate fluently with the semantic team; you won't need to be an expert
- Experience with Python
- Awareness of GDPR-compliant data handling (anonymisation, audit logs)
- Experience with end-user support / ticketing workflows
- French or German at B2+
