Team Lead – Frontend Engineer

Miratech

• Building the frontend layer of a multi-tenant telecom orchestration platform (IQ Platform) • Leading frontend architecture using React 18, TypeScript 5.x, and Vite Module Federation • Architecting and maintaining the platform shell MFE (navigation, session, notifications, RBAC enforcement) • Establishing and governing the shared design system/component library across all MFEs and teams • Building, mentoring, and managing a frontend engineering team • Driving requirements refinement, UI technical decisions, and estimations • Implementing RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering, route guards, feature-level access control) • Decomposing features into tasks and planning deliveries • Ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable frontend code • Producing architectural decision records for cross-team MFE integration patterns • Collaborating closely with backend, product, design, and DevOps teams • Supporting frontend deployment via CI/CD on AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS)

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
  • Micro-frontend architecture (Vite Module Federation, single-spa, or similar)
  • Modern state management (Zustand, TanStack Query, or equivalents)
  • Design system creation and governance across multiple teams
  • RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering, route guards, feature flags)
  • Experience with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack 5 Module Federation)
  • Solid understanding of CSS architecture at scale (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or similar)
  • Experience with AWS frontend hosting (S3, CloudFront) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Multi-tenant / white-label UI experience (theming, partner-specific branding)
  • Proven Tech Lead / Team Lead experience
  • Strong Agile mindset and communication skills
