• You won't just be typing words; you will be managing the psychological architecture of our ads: Author High-Yield Assets: Draft mesmerizing advertorials and long-form sales copy for D2C wellness, skincare, and nutrition brands (think joint supplements, anti-aging solutions, and functional drinks). • Deconstruct Buying Motives: Mine golden insights by auditing customer feedback, Reddit threads, support tickets, and raw ad data. You extract the true, deep-seated emotional pain points and forge them into unmissable hooks. • Co-Pilot with AI Pipelines: Utilize our proprietary AI drafting engines to handle the heavy lifting of structural layouts, then apply your elite human editing skills to refine the copy. • Decode the Creative Math: Read and react to your own metrics. You know how to strike the perfect balance between high volume and sharp execution, understanding that misplaced perfectionism bleeds capital, but strategic polish scales ROAS.

- Strong Compensation: €40k–€55k base salary paired with 25 days of paid vacation.
- Rocket-Fuel Learning Curve: Expand your skills rapidly by deploying massive budgets with instant feedback loops from live data.
