• Own the end-to-end experimentation analytics process across pricing, paywalls, onboarding, lifecycle, and app store optimization initiatives. • Define experiment success metrics, cohorts, guardrails, and measurement plans before launch. • Monitor live experiments, evaluate statistical significance, and provide clear ship, iterate, or stop recommendations. • Maintain weekly business reporting and executive dashboards while validating data accuracy and investigating meaningful metric changes. • Ensure data integrity across the analytics stack by validating tracking after app releases, SDK updates, and product changes. • Reconcile revenue and event data across multiple platforms to ensure reporting consistency. • Maintain and improve event taxonomy and analytics documentation. • Perform funnel analysis, retention analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral deep dives to identify growth opportunities. • Answer critical business questions related to user acquisition, onboarding performance, pricing, subscriptions, and retention. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to improve measurement quality and support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- Experience working on consumer products, subscription businesses, SaaS, or mobile applications.
- Experience working with mobile subscription products.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying raw event and revenue data.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Purchasely, RevenueCat, Firebase Remote Config, Optimizely, or Statsig.
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodology, including statistical significance, sample sizing, guardrail metrics, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting that stakeholders trust for decision-making.
- Excellent analytical thinking and ability to distinguish between genuine business changes and tracking or instrumentation issues.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
- English proficiency: C1 or C2 (written and spoken).
- Availability to collaborate with teams across North American and European time zones.
