Role Description Nscale is seeking an experienced treasury professional to help execute project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions with primary responsibility for the Americas region. This individual will be responsible for executing corporate and project-level financing transactions, from concept through closing, while helping shape the company’s broader capital structure, funding strategy, and lender engagement model. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute on tight timelines with competing priorities. Responsibilities - Run transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination. - Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases. - Support structuring and negotiation of key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks. - Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, committee decks, and closing documentation trackers. - Coordinate closely with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are aligned. - Maintain a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies. Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.
