Role Description Bring data to life through modern applications and intelligent experiences. In this role, you will help design and build scalable, user-friendly solutions that connect data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver meaningful insights. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to create impactful client-facing products while growing your technical expertise in a supportive, innovative environment. - Design and develop modern, scalable web applications that deliver intuitive analytics experiences and support client-facing use cases. - Build reusable front-end components and contribute to full-stack solutions that integrate seamlessly with governed data platforms. - Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering across Product, Data, and Engineering teams. - Integrate applications with curated data products using Databricks and AWS environments to ensure reliable and secure data delivery. - Contribute to backend services and APIs that enable data access, interactivity, and system integration. - Apply strong engineering practices including testing, version control, and code reviews to ensure quality and performance. - Support automation across development and data workflows, including CI/CD and deployment processes. - Monitor and optimize application performance and user experience using usage data and feedback. - Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable patterns that improve consistency and scalability. - Leverage AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency and solution quality. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience building data-driven applications or analytics solutions. - Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on usability and clean design. - Working knowledge of Databricks (SQL, workflows) and experience integrating data into applications within AWS environments such as S3. - Experience with GitHub or similar version control tools in collaborative development environments. - Understanding of APIs and data interfaces for consuming and delivering data. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality output. - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - Experience working with large or complex datasets, including healthcare or claims data. - Familiarity with data pipelines, automation, and deployment workflows. - Experience documenting technical designs, data models, or workflows in a structured way. - Ability to build out front-end tools and/or applications. - If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
