Qualifications - 10+ years leading technology teams, including direct management of internal engineering teams and oversight of external development vendors or partners. - Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams, products, and platforms from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 in high-growth entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial environments, turning early-stage products into secure, reliable, high-volume production systems. - Experience leading technology in healthtech, fintech with a focus on payments, or other data-intensive environments where platform reliability, security, compliance, and data integrity are core to the business. - Deep familiarity with payment orchestration, ledgering systems, money movement infrastructure, and leading vendors within the payments ecosystem is highly preferred. Key Attributes for Success - Cultivates Innovation: Drive innovation by building scalable systems and embedding AI-driven capabilities into core business workflows to accelerate growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. - Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Drive alignment and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Operations by translating complex technical work into business outcomes, while exercising strong judgment and building trust with stakeholders. - Build & Lead High-Performing Teams: Ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing internal and external development teams, attract top technical talent as the company scales, and make thoughtful decisions on performance, retention, and team composition while fostering ownership and growth. - Business-Minded Product Leadership: Demonstrates the ability to think beyond engineering execution and infrastructure, and deeply understands how technology, product decisions, and platform investments translate into better customer experiences, stronger revenue outcomes, and sustainable market differentiation.
