• Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team - answering questions, investigating issues, and unblocking client-facing work. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling - including high-impact cases on key accounts. • Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files containing product and offer information used in ad campaigns - from initial setup and custom processing to diagnosing and fixing errors • Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations, including GTM implementations and reporting integrations. • Write scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across a range of data sources - APIs, XML, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, BigQuery, PostgreSQL. • Build and maintain scheduled automations and automated data flows across multiple systems and integrations. • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

• Serve as a Solutions Architect within RxBenefits Product Engineering Organization, defining, designing and documenting end-to-end solution architectures that enable delivery teams to successfully design, build, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering Leadership, Delivery, CloudOps, Security, and IT Teams. • Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable solution designs and provide architectural guidance throughout development while remaining outside of direct scrum team ownership. • Design end-to-end solution and reference architectures spanning applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, identity, and cloud infrastructure. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Develop proofs of concept (POCs), automation scripts, tools, and reference implementations across application, data, security, AI, and integration use cases. • Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across teams. • Provide architectural guidance and design clarification to development teams during implementation as needed. • Review and validate technical designs to ensure alignment with approved solution architecture. • Foster cross-team and cross-department collaboration to ensure solutions integrate effectively across systems. • Participate in solution ideation, technical discovery, and product strategy discussions. • Evaluate tradeoffs and provide recommendations across architecture options, technologies, and design approaches. • Contribute to the evolution and documentation of SDLC and architectural governance processes. • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. • Support technical decision-making while empowering delivery teams to own implementation details. • Deliver on personal and organizational deadlines and goals. • All other duties as assigned.

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business problems and translate them into feasible ML solutions • Design end-to-end ML architectures and author technical proposals, including scope, timeline, cost, and resource estimates • Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Support General Managers in winning new business through technical leadership • Architect agentic AI solutions leveraging autonomous decision-making, tool orchestration, and LLM-based workflows • Design MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration strategies for client environments • Evaluate and recommend appropriate agent frameworks (LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and others) based on client use cases • Develop reference architectures for common agentic patterns including RAG agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-using agents • Build POC demonstrations showcasing agentic capabilities using AI-assisted development tools • Advise clients on build-vs-buy decisions for agentic components and assess AgentOps requirements including monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle • Manage technical stakeholder expectations and navigate complex organizational dynamics • Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handoffs • Provide technical guidance during project execution • Contribute to reusable solution patterns, agentic accelerators, and Provectus AI toolkit documentation • Mentor engineers on client communication and solution design

• Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations for customers. • Prepare technical proposals and configurations aligned to customer requirements. • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle. • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed. • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
