Role Description Background of the Project: - Velys is a 4th Generation robot, with maximum installations in India. - As we rapidly scale up, it is important to leverage AI tools to analyze surgery data and provide feedback to surgeons to improve patient outcomes. - VELYS Insights is a tool planned for launch in India to support this initiative. - Maintaining high service levels is imperative; this project aims to identify areas of improvement in our service process to better serve our customers. Project Objective: - Support in the launch of VELYS Insights in India. - Understand the India VELYS Service vertical and suggest areas of improvement to provide better service to our customers.
