• Sets up projects in Client and/or Company project management systems, including all required project documentation • Updates status of projects and key milestone dates in Client and/or Company project management systems • Leads or assists in drafting, distributing, and tracking of Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders to subcontractors/suppliers • Maintains project documentation throughout duration of project • Verifies and manages payment to contractors and vendors during construction • Responsible for acquiring, coordinating, and submitting owner required close-out documents for project closeout and final contractor/supplier payments • Assembles and distributes reports for internal and external customers • Maintains confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary information on behalf of project team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years related professional work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in retail, restaurant, or multi-site construction projects preferred
  • Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis within Microsoft Excel and email management tools within Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Smartsheets highly preferred

WSLH performs both research and fee-for-service testing. Under the general supervision of the Director of Finance, this position manages the business functions and overall operations of the Accounts Receivables (AR) Unit. This position works independently with a high degree of discretion in resolving AR program and financial issues. This position oversees the WSLH revenue cycle, including grants administration and accounts receivable, including revenue related contracts. This unit is responsible for $50 million per year in grants and account billings related to research, laboratory test, and services. This position currently supervises three staff.
