• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals, underwriting in accordance with our stated procedures. • Price accounts with competitive terms quickly, thoughtfully, and in accordance with our guidelines. • Manage quote related communication and questions in a thoughtful and trusting manner. • Collaborate with the underwriting team of Risk Engineers on understanding the unique exposures of complex accounts. • Provide market feedback and recommend improvements to our terms, rates, and guidelines improving our policy forms and coverages. • Bind accounts through the continuous engagement of your assigned brokers. • Represent Counterpart at broker meetings and various industry events. • Contribute ideas and feedback on our suite of tools and services as a key stakeholder of our product roadmap.

• Operationalizing the Model Risk Management framework, maintaining policy, standards and procedures • Executing ongoing model risk management responsibilities, including model inventory & classification • Identifying gaps and deficiencies in financial risk and capital/liquidity models • Communicating on model risk related issues with internal and external teams • Working closely with other risk and compliance teams for cohesive risk management

• Provide proactive, data-driven risk management consultative services • Conduct risk assessments and identify preventable risk vulnerabilities • Develop customized risk service plans for assigned accounts • Collaborate with stakeholders post-assessment to implement risk reduction strategies • Prepare professional reports with recommendations and benchmarking data

• Be the expert and trusted advisor for each of the Fraud & Digital Trust domains (both internally & externally) • Operate as an SME (subject matter expert) on the sector concerned and on the application of Feedzai products within that sector • Documenting and presenting research & analysis findings, both internally and externally • Monitor business indicators for each deployment, ensuring performance KPI’s are being met, and continuously improving • Support workshop activities and solution development through to implementation • Analyse information needs so that the data requirements for the solution are articulated clearly and that any data dependencies are made explicit to the client • Liaise with the Integration Consultants to ensure that the requirements and the solution design are consistent and practical • Supports and assists project teams in facilitating end user training and system documentation for new implementations • Provides input to any enhancement requests or reported defects on the project as necessary • Attends and contributes to Industry Insights
