Who You Are - 10+ years of merchandising experience within a global consumer brand, preferably in footwear. - Proven experience developing global product strategies and leading seasonal merchandising processes from concept to market. - Deep understanding of the footwear product lifecycle, including product architecture, assortment planning, pricing strategy, and franchise management. - Strong business acumen with the ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial performance. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Planning, and Regional Merchandising teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable merchandising direction. - Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization with multiple stakeholders and regional partners. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining accountability and driving results. - Experience managing and mentoring merchandising teams is strongly preferred. You own protocol development, data review, clinical document authorship, and site-level scientific support from study startup through closeout. You will work closely with Clinical Operations, Translational Medicine and Biomarker Science to keep studies running with scientific rigor at every step. You will report to the Chief Development Lead. At Pathos, AI agents handle literature compilation, document formatting, data extraction, and status tracking.
