ABOUT THE ROLE The Supervisor, Investment Analysis oversees a team of Investment Analysts that support a variety of Parametric's investment work. This work includes responding to analytical requests, updating marketing material, reviewing investment performance, and responding to client inquiries. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: training and helping mentor direct reports, maintaining in-depth knowledge of investment processes, managing team deadlines, ensuring work is completed within best practice and ensuring key performance indicators are met. Primary Responsibilities - Demonstrate leadership skills by addressing team escalations, organizing work on the team and providing updates to leadership - Act as a subject matter expert of all processes and work the team is accountable for - Participate in hiring and training processes as needed - Ensure written team procedures remain up-to-date - Ensure quality standards on the team are met and work is completed on time - Generate data sets and materials that support the ongoing management of Parametric investment strategies - Provide analysis and assist in creating responses for prospects, clients and internal stakeholders - Uphold department reputation through professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness and commitment to client service - Contribute and adopt ideas to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience - Assume other responsibilities as required Job Requirements - 4-year degree - 3+ years of relevant experience. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
