SDR, Outbound

Macfor

• Execute outbound prospecting, mapping and contacting leads in strategic B2B segments across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone, and in-person at events); • Execute and manage active cadence sequences; • Qualify and schedule meetings (SALs) with decision-makers and C-levels at large enterprise accounts within long, consultative sales cycles; • Perform account intelligence before each outreach, understanding the lead's context to personalize communication; • Support closers in the pre-discovery: organizing information, collecting strategic account data, and assisting in proposal structuring; • Participate in ABM projects in parallel with outbound prospecting, contributing intelligence and execution; • Attend business events for in-person prospecting when required, with availability for occasional travel.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting with demonstrable results;
  • Structured methodology for qualification and cadence organization;
  • Autonomy and discipline to work 100% remotely;
  • Strong time-management skills and commitment to daily execution routines and targets;
  • Resilient profile suited for long, consultative sales cycles;
  • Experience with large accounts and interaction with C-levels - preferred;
  • Experience with ABM and social selling - preferred;
  • Familiarity with CRM and cadence automation tools - preferred;
  • Availability to attend in-person business events when necessary.
