Sales Development Representative

Incorta

• Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach. • Research target accounts and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives. • Drive revenue growth and create new sales opportunities. • Generate interest through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. • Maintain understanding of product offerings to meet customer needs. • Innovate outbound sales campaigns and collaborate with other teams. • Manage prospect interactions in Salesforce and Outreach.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, or similar CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • A results-driven "hunter" mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
