• Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements on all Omatic Software products • Develop expertise on Omatic products and remain well-versed on product features and functionality • Accurately assess customer requirements • Configure systems and provide testing support • Write and deliver professional documentation customized to the individual needs of each customer • Deliver engagements on time and within budget • Accurately track and report project hours, notes, and status within Omatic’s internal systems • Conduct internal software trainings • Assist Omatic Sales with selling Onboarding services

• Provide consulting services and implement the SGU GPL Billing module; • Negotiate processes, deadlines, task changes, training and project documentation with the client; • Assist in process mapping, deliver user training, and oversee all stages of the implementation, ensuring effective communication between the client and the involved team; • Participate in regular meetings to maintain continuous project alignment and prepare planned work roadmaps, optimizing activities; • Monitor schedules, control deadlines and deliverables, and perform post-implementation follow-up to ensure appropriate use of products and services; • Stay up to date with legal requirements that affect the product, assess their impact and promote necessary adjustments. • Responsible for the deployment and/or support of Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle • Executes tasks within projects on time and within Strada quality standards for client deliverables • Continues to specialize and deepen skill set within an area, e.g., such as Compensation, Benefits, Financials, etc. • Able to create work estimates for smaller bodies of work • Develops working relationships with other members of the project team, management and external clients to deliver projects effectively • Has targeted conversations with client in area(s) of focus and provides consultative advice and recommendations • Leads discussions with clients on basic scope and solutions to influence client decisions and project deliverables • Provides direction and guidance internally to less experienced colleagues by directing and reviewing their deliverables

Role Description We are looking to add a Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our growing organization. Services Delivery - Project / Functional Lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud. - Conducts business process analysis, documents decisions and configures requirements. - Creates recommendations and solutions for configuration and design and shares Oracle HCM Cloud best practices. - Delivers project management, manages project scope, timeline and budgets and works thru issue resolutions. - Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data and testing issue solutions. - Manages multiple projects. Services Sales - Provide support for sales opportunities with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. - Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud product demo for services sales team. - Provide support with Oracle HCM Cloud on sales calls and meetings. - Provide support with development of sales services package offerings. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. - 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation required with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and/or Talent Management. - 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional Lead experience required. - 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support a plus. - 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support a plus. - Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft a plus. - Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels (Employee, Managers and HR Business Partners). - Consistently demonstrates a customer-first philosophy and the organization's core values of innovation, excellence, and integrity. - Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve problems efficiently. - Effective communication skills. - Decision making, critical thinking. - Superior customer service skills. - Operation and system analysis. - Background in project management. - Ability to present to companies virtually and onsite. - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. - Must be a self-starter.
