Role Description As a Frontend Engineer (Coding Agent Experience), you will: - Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex engineering tasks. - Review model-generated frontend code for correctness, quality, maintainability, accessibility, and performance. - Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in model outputs. - Compare outputs from multiple frontier models and assess their strengths and weaknesses. - Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic frontend engineering scenarios. Qualifications - 2+ years of professional frontend engineering experience. - Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies. - Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar tools. - Ability to evaluate model-generated frontend implementations, UI architecture, and performance optimizations. • Design and build microservices and serverless applications in the cloud • Implement web application changes and/or build new web applications using the React framework • Work with Product Owner and UX design to understand and create solutions for diverse user requirements • Work with Architects and other Engineers to help create and then implement development best practices • Work with test engineering team to assure product quality • Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment • Participate in team code reviews and design reviews • Help our support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues • Cooperating with the back-end developers in the process of building the applications • Work independently to design, develop, and document solutions, while adhering to all applicable standards (e.g., architectural, coding, security) • Work with DevOps engineers on CI, CD, and IaC • Read specs and translate them into test designs and test automation • Perform code reviews and develop processes for improving code quality

• Own high quality end-to-end delivery of major consumer-facing features—from technical design through launch, experimentation, and iteration. • Drive frontend architecture decisions: component design, state management, data-fetching patterns, and performance budgets. • Build and optimize conversion-critical flows (event discovery, seat selection, checkout) with a relentless focus on speed, reliability, and UX quality. • Design, instrument, and interpret A/B experiments in partnership with Product and Data; use results to validate and sharpen product decisions. • Instrument frontend observability—error tracking, performance monitoring, real-user metrics—and act on what you find. • Contribute to design-system components and front-end standards that accelerate the whole team. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code review, pairing, and technical leadership on shared initiatives. • Collaborate with mobile, backend, and platform teams to deliver cohesive cross-platform experiences.
