This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering robust, secure, and high-performance Python systems that operate reliably within distributed and mission-critical production environments. - Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for complex enterprise-grade Python applications. - Develop secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code and implement algorithms that perform reliably within distributed systems. - Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications. - Develop and optimize data processing logic for large-scale datasets. - Gather, analyze, and synthesize large and diverse datasets to support continuous improvement of applications and business processes. - Develop reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and data visualizations where required. - Identify hidden defects, performance bottlenecks, and architectural weaknesses. - Contribute substantively to engineering best practices and conduct thorough peer code reviews. - Participate fully in Agile development cycles and CI/CD processes. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements. - Support operational stability through structured incident response and debugging. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Five or more years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments. - Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications. - Hands-on experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase. - Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Proven hands-on experience across system design, application development, automated testing, and operational support. - Strong working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational efficiency. - Demonstrated experience debugging and maintaining complex, enterprise-level applications in production. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, application resiliency patterns, and secure coding standards. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Review engineering documents, drawings, and specifications to identify key information for analysis. • Verify data on underground and overhead electric system structures, including components, configurations, and documentation supporting current asset conditions. • Perform searches and data validation using client platforms such as GIS, SAP, and document repositories. • Analyze job packages, engineering documentation, and project records to confirm alignment with system conditions. • Conduct GIS functions such as querying geodatabases, preparing maps or exhibits, and extracting data for analysis. • Provide mark-ups and redlines on engineering documents in accordance with project standards and client specifications. • Assist lead engineers or CAD managers with developing construction documents, reports, and project deliverables. • Perform engineering design tasks and basic calculations under supervision of a licensed engineer or project manager. • Maintain project tracking logs and coordination tools, including status updates, challenges, schedules, and completion milestones.

• Conduct regular technical site visits, equipment inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and support compliance audits across Flexible Engineering/FM accounts. • Oversee critical maintenance programs, building management systems, and implement practical solutions to ensure asset reliability and performance. • Operate and maintain building management systems, HVAC controls, and monitoring equipment across assigned facilities. • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations, including quality validation and compliance verification. • Provide engineering guidance to account managers and site teams, troubleshoot complex equipment failures, and conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues. • Participate in client meetings with technical insights and assist with technical aspects of proposals, scope changes, and service improvement initiatives. • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and findings for clients and stakeholders, documenting best practices and developing site-specific protocols. • Work extensively with other COE functions to maximize platform program value and deploy SME expertise to accounts.
