Marketing Automation Manager

• Promote adoption within the university-wide marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). • Support the refinement and monitoring of marketing automation KPI's to drive business impact through a performance marketing mindset. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help design multi-channel engagement strategies, capable of adapting to the ever-changing needs of the business. • Support a best-in-class Marketing Automation QA process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Help drive best practices within the Marketing Automation platform and surrounding marketing technology solutions. • Champion international email compliance initiatives, within Marketing Cloud, in support of CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. • Collaborate with the cross-functional stakeholders, including the marketing automation teams to adapt and support prospective communications, with an eye towards optimizing the enrollment experience through relevance and personalization. • Assist with daily operations within Marketing Cloud, including compliance, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements. • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of marketing automation experience and managing marketing technology solutions
  • 2 years of CRM experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience understanding and anticipating dependencies across complex systems.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas and processes to business stakeholders.
