• Serves as division specialist for Plan Document reviews, providing oversight to other A&H staff in this area and taking a lead in the reviews and acceptance of Plan Documents and amendments • Corresponds with producer, broker, TPA, and/or underwriter to obtain information required for Plan Doc review • Balances customer service, stop loss carrier requirements, and challenges associated with Plan Doc review • Maintains all relevant electronic files, records, and databases • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Experience with insurance plan documents or policy language, or other experience working with and analyzing benefit plan language
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Role Description The Health Service Administrator – Surge Team (HSA-Surge) - PRN manages the facility's medical program activities and directs the administrative management of the health care delivery system. This position is remote eligible and involves regular travel to provide management and direction at facilities where the HSA position is vacant or where operational and compliance needs exist. - Provides overall direction and leadership based on company goals, objectives, and philosophy. - Balances administrative and clinical functions in health care delivery. - Effectively uses available resources to provide adequate patient care. - Supervises and directs subordinate supervisor(s) and staff.
